Special Guest Star at Joe's Christmas 2007 Boxing Evening was boxing legend Sir Henry Cooper - one of the greatest British boxers of all time.

''Our 'Enry'' joined Joe and guests at Cleethorpes' Beachcomber for an evening of great boxing, with the three course meal quality bouts that makes Joe's shows so popular.

Our thanks go to Sir Henry for taking the time to chat, sign autographs and pose for photos with boxing fans as well as giving a great speech for the guests.

Grimsby Town Football Club Chairman John Fenty and Manager Alan Buckley were also in attendance.
